What a Racquet staff have extensive experience of delivering competitions and events, including the Sainsbury’s School Games, in a variety of sports in schools and community settings. Competition provides an important pathway for young people to progress and develop. Through competition, young people learn about the importance of key values such as:

• honesty,
• teamwork,
• fair play,
• respect for themselves and others, and
• adherence to rules
